"Still waiting and honestly about to move on"
I’m still waiting on my order and the shipping has taken way longer than expected. What’s more frustrating is that I haven’t gotten any clear updates, so I have no idea what’s going on. If this is how orders are handled, I’ll probably shop somewhere else next time...

"Easy return, warranty was a little slower"
I had to return one pair and then later used the warranty for a small issue. The return was easy and didn’t turn into a hassle, which is more than I can say for a lot of places people usually deal with. The warranty team did help me out, but it took a few days longer than I was hoping. Overall though, I’m still happy with the experience and would order from them again.

"Support was alright, I guess"
I reached out to support about an issue I was having, though I don’t remember all the details now. They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. The reply was okay, just not anything super helpful or fast

"Fell Apart After Just a Few Weeks"
I really wanted to like this, but it didn’t take long for me to feel disappointed. When I first got it, the quality already felt kind of cheap, and after only a few weeks of regular use, mine started coming apart. I kept hoping it would hold up better, but it just didn’t. For what I paid, I don’t think it was worth the money

"I picked these up sometime in late May..."
I picked these up sometime in late May, or maybe early June, and I’ve been using them on and off since then. The lenses are definitely clear, and my eyes don’t feel as strained when I’m out in bright sun, which I really appreciate. That said, for the price, I was expecting them to feel a little more comfortable. The fit wasn’t terrible, just kind of average for me. Overall, they’re fine, but I wouldn’t say they blew me away.
